Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using OneBridge Social (the "Service", "we", "us", or "our") you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

OneBridge Social is a tool that helps you compose, schedule, publish, and manage content on third-party social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Threads, Google Business Profile, and others) via each platform's official APIs and OAuth flows. You retain full ownership of your content. The Service acts on your behalf to post that content to platforms you have connected.

Media assets (images and videos) that you upload are stored for up to 30 days from the upload date, after which they are automatically deleted from our storage. Posts already published to third-party platforms remain on those platforms according to those platforms' own policies — the Service does not control that. To retain media longer, either re-upload before expiry or migrate to a self-hosted storage backend (see docs).

6. Third-party platforms and API access

The Service connects to third-party platforms via OAuth. Your access tokens are stored encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). We only publish content you have created and only to accounts you have explicitly connected. If a third-party platform revokes access, suspends your account, or changes their API, the Service may lose functionality for that platform with or without notice, and we are not responsible for such changes.

7. Fees, plans, and refunds

The Service may offer free and paid tiers. Pricing, plan features, and included quotas are described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected term. Refunds are handled case-by-case; contact support within 14 days of a charge to request review.

8. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and transmit that content to third-party platforms solely to provide the Service. The Service, its code, and brand elements remain our intellectual property.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for extended periods, or are used in ways that jeopardize the Service. On termination, your data is deleted according to the retention rules described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that publishing will always succeed on every platform, that scheduled posts will always fire on time, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneBridge Social is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost revenue, lost profits, or reputational harm arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will bump the version identifier and require you to re-accept them on next login. Continued use after acceptance means you agree to the updated Terms.
